VAG 1.8-2.0 TSI EA888 Gen 3 Race Intercooler Kit

Experience a significant performance upgrade with this Competition Intercooler Kit, developed specifically for VAG 1.8–2.0 TSI and R models. Designed to improve charge-air cooling efficiency, this kit helps deliver more consistent power, improved throttle response, and reduced heat soak under hard driving.

The large-capacity core dramatically increases charge-air volume compared to the factory intercooler, allowing cooler, denser air for improved performance. A high-efficiency internal design and CAD-developed cast aluminium end tanks optimise airflow while reducing pressure drop, even at higher boost levels.

This kit is a true plug-and-play upgrade, featuring enlarged 70 mm inlet and outlet connections and reinforced silicone hoses to support increased airflow. Despite its size, the intercooler remains lightweight and is finished with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating for long-term durability and excellent thermal efficiency.
